Editorial Standards
All contributions must meet our editorial guidelines:
- Original content only. Your article must not be published elsewhere. We do not accept repurposed, spun, or AI-generated content.
- Accuracy matters. All factual claims (exam dates, state requirements, pricing, pass rates) must be sourced from official references. Include your sources with the submission.
- Helpful over promotional. Your article should educate and inform. We do not accept advertorials, thinly veiled product pitches, or content that exists solely to link to your site.
- Word count: 800-2,000 words. Long enough to be substantive, short enough to respect the reader's time.
- Clear, conversational tone. Write as if you're explaining something to a friend who's about to sit for the CPA exam. No jargon for the sake of jargon.
We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, and house style. See our editorial policy for more on how we approach content.
